Your Legal Obligations

Furniture and Furnishings (Fire Safety) Regulations of 1988 (modified) - It is your responsibility to ensure that all furniture and furnishings in the premises consistently adhere to the aforementioned regulations.

Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) – You confirm that there exists a lawful EPC concerning the property or that you have made a written request to TINY HOME AMERICA for obtaining one on your behalf.
